With its modernity, this one offers a particularly appealing contrast to old Finca. The design not only required contrasts, however, but also flowing transitions. The luxurious swimming hall in the interior of the house transitions to an outdoor pool that extends over two levels: the water flows effectively in a cascade into the lower main pool. The indoor and outdoor areas are separated by a glass pane. A special highlight: between it and a hydraulic dam, a whirlpool is separated from the pool – a special Ospa solution for the swimming pool-whirlpool combination.
